3. Service Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the equipment upon inspection. Clients will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

4. Warranty

All repair and maintenance work performed by hushmovari.life carries a 90-day warranty covering workmanship and replaced parts. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications made by third parties after service completion.

5. Liability

hushmovari.life's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost revenue or data.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment, including service history and known issues. Equipment must be delivered in a safe condition, free from hazardous materials not disclosed in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hushmovari.life website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of hushmovari.life and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
